Live Online Classes
Once your payment has been processed, your child's spot has been reserved in the class of your choosing, and we are well on our way to exploring music together! Sometimes Life happens, however, and you find yourself needing to either cancel your child's reservation, or transfer your child to one of the other offered days/times of the same class. I do understand, and you can find the policies for cancelling or transferring below:
CANCELLING A RESERVATION
Should you need to cancel your child's reservation, please fill out THIS FORM.
Cancellations received 1 week or morebefore the first class meeting will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received 24 hours or morebefore the first class meeting will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations received after the first class meeting are not eligible for a refund.
TRANSFERRING TO A DIFFERENT DAY/TIME
If you would like to transfer your child to another section of the same class, please fill out THIS FORM.
You are welcome to transfer your child any time before or during the session, as long as the desired class day/time is not already full. If a conflict occurs for only one class meeting, please view the Attendance Policy for how to handle absences/single day transfers.
PAYMENT PLANS
Beginning in January, 2021, I am excited to begin offering the option of payment plans for the longer classes! This allows you to pay smaller monthly installments, rather than one lump sum! Please view the policy regarding payment plans below.
A deposit of either 4% (Soulful Solfege Intro Class) or 10% (Soulful Solfege) is due at the time of registration. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance will be spread out into monthly payments, payable on the 1st of the month for the duration of the class session. Please note that the Soulful Solfege Intro Class is an 8 week session with 2 monthly payments. The Soulful Solfege Class is a 30-week session with 8 monthly payments. The funds will be automatically deducted from the payment method you entered on the 1st of the month for the duration of the class session. Please make sure you have sufficient funds in your account at the time of payment.
